In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "ssspin" or "Platform" refers to the online betting and gaming service accessible at ssspin.cam, operated by the Company under its international gaming license.
• "Account" means a registered player account on ssspin, created by completing the registration process and accepted by the Company.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, expressed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp), comprising real-money funds and any qualifying bonus funds held in accordance with applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, or cashback award credited to a Player's Account subject to the applicable bonus terms.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any sports bet, casino game round, or other gaming stake placed on ssspin using real-money or bonus-eligible funds.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process ssspin conducts using the Indonesian national identity card (KTP) and supporting documentation.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), which is the default time zone for all operational purposes on ssspin unless otherwise stated.
• "RNG" means Random Number Generator — the independently certified software system used to determine outcomes in ssspin's casino games.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory where the use of ssspin is explicitly prohibited under local law or by Company policy.

To register and use ssspin, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ssspin strictly prohibits underage gambling. You will be required to verify your age via KTP before any withdrawal is processed.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must be accessing ssspin from a jurisdiction where doing so is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. ssspin is operated offshore under an international gaming license and is not licensed by any Indonesian government body.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from ssspin or have had an Account closed for breach of these Terms.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements above. ssspin reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend an Account pending verification.

Each player may hold exactly one (1) ssspin Account. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. ssspin is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted using your Account credentials will be treated as your own activity, and you bear full responsibility for all bets and transactions carried out through your Account.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify ssspin immediately by contacting support at the email address provided on this site. ssspin will suspend the Account pending investigation.

An Account that has been inactive (no login activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is considered dormant. ssspin reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of Rp 25.000 to dormant accounts to cover maintenance costs, once the Balance falls below a threshold of Rp 100.000. ssspin will provide prior notice before applying dormancy fees.

ssspin is committed to operating a safe, legally compliant platform. As part of this commitment, all Players are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before any withdrawal is processed.

• Primary ID: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) — both front and back.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or photo confirming ownership of the bank account (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, etc.) or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay) used for deposits and intended for withdrawal.
• Selfie Verification: A clear photo of the Player holding their KTP alongside their face, taken at the time of submission.

Standard KYC verification is processed within one (1) to three (3) WIB business days. Complex cases or documents requiring additional review may take up to seven (7) business days. ssspin will communicate any delays to the Player via the registered email address.

ssspin reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage and to suspend or close an Account if satisfactory verification cannot be completed. Balances held in unverified accounts that cannot be verified within a reasonable period will be handled in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering procedures.

ssspin accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp):

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. ssspin reserves the right to return deposits and suspend an Account if third-party funding is identified.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the Account Balance.

In the event that a deposit is debited from your payment account but does not appear in your ssspin Balance within 30 minutes, you should contact ssspin support immediately with proof of transaction. ssspin will investigate and resolve confirmed deposit failures within one WIB business day.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the Account dashboard, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit (same bank account or e-wallet, same registered name).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 per transaction.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be fully satisfied before withdrawal of related winnings.

Standard withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) WIB business days following successful KYC verification. E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are typically processed within 24 hours. Bank transfers may take up to three business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

Daily and weekly withdrawal limits apply to all Accounts. Current limits are displayed in the Account dashboard and may be adjusted by ssspin from time to time with reasonable notice to affected Players.

ssspin reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) the Account is under investigation for suspected fraud or policy breach; (c) the funds relate to uncleared deposits or are subject to incomplete wagering requirements; or (d) ssspin has reasonable grounds to suspect money laun dering or other financial crime.

ssspin offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

All bonuses credited to a Player's Account carry a wagering requirement, which must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games for each bonus are specified in the individual promotion terms. As a general rule, bets placed on sports markets and RNG slot games contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while live casino table games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified per promotion.

Bonuses that are not claimed or activated within the stated promotional window will expire automatically. Wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. ssspin is not obligated to provide extensions to bonus expiry periods.

ssspin operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes — but is not limited to — the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, the use of low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies to clear wagering requirements, and any collusion with other Players in relation to bonus usage. Where bonus abuse is identified, ssspin reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit related winnings, and permanently close the Account without prior notice.

ssspin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into an active promotion at the time of modification will be notified and given the option to complete the original promotion terms or receive a pro-rated alternative at ssspin's discretion.

All bets placed on ssspin are subject to the platform's sport-specific and game-specific rules, which are published within the respective betting markets and game interfaces. The following general rules apply to all bets:

A bet is considered accepted only once ssspin's system has confirmed it and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets that are placed but not confirmed due to technical failure, connectivity issues, or system maintenance are not valid and will not be settled. In such cases, any deducted stake will be returned to the Account Balance.

ssspin offers pre-match and in-play (live) betting markets on a wide range of sports, including BRI Liga 1, the EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, AFF Cup, and international fixtures featuring Timnas Indonesia. Odds are subject to change at any time before bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the moment a bet is confirmed are the odds that will be applied to that bet's settlement.

ssspin reserves the right to void a bet in the following circumstances: (a) the bet was placed on a market that was offered in error; (b) the event to which the bet relates is cancelled, abandoned, or not completed within the prescribed period; (c) the bet was placed using an Account under investigation for fraudulent activity; or (d) it is established that the odds offered were manifestly incorrect due to a system error.

For mix parlay (accumulator) bets — a popular multi-match betting format — all selections must win for the bet to return a profit. If any selection in the parlay is voided (e.g., due to match cancellation), that selection is removed from the parlay and the remaining selections are settled as a reduced-leg accumulator at adjusted odds.

For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws offered on ssspin, results are determined by certified third-party draw systems and are final and binding. No claims against draw results will be entertained after a period of seven (7) days following the draw date.

ssspin is committed to providing a safe and sustainable entertainment environment. We encourage all Players to engage in responsible gaming practices and make use of the self-management tools available through the Account dashboard.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to manage their spending.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period, after which further play is restricted until the period resets.
• Session Timers: Players may configure session duration limits and receive reality-check notifications at regular intervals.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of between one (1) month and five (5) years, or a permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the chosen period.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ssspin and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account, or attempting to circumvent a previous Account closure by creating a new Account.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in match-fixing, sports corruption, or placing bets based on inside information about the outcome of a sporting event.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage, including chip-dumping in poker or live dealer games.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes in a systematic manner ("advantage play abuse").
• Using ssspin for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Accessing ssspin from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited under local law, using a VPN or other obfuscation method to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ssspin staff or other Players through any communication channel.

ssspin reserves the right to immediately suspend and permanently close any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, forfeit all associated balances, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

ssspin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; (c) reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or criminal activity; (d) regulatory or compliance requirements; or (e) as required by ssspin's licensing authority.

Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting ssspin support. Upon closure, any verified remaining Balance (net of pending bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within five (5) WIB business days.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ssspin reserves the right to withhold some or all of the Account Balance proportionate to the nature and severity of the breach, particularly where the balance includes winnings derived from prohibited conduct or bonus abuse.

All content on ssspin — including but not limited to the platform name, logo, design, software, source code, game interfaces, data feeds, graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensed content providers. No part of ssspin's platform content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the Company.

Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used by ssspin under valid commercial licensing agreements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ssspin's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ssspin is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any interruption or disruption to the platform caused by factors outside ssspin's reasonable control, including internet service outages, telecommunications failures, force majeure events, or third-party payment provider failures.
• Any errors in odds or game outcomes caused by third-party data feed providers, provided ssspin takes reasonable corrective action upon becoming aware of such errors.
• Any loss arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.

ssspin's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

ssspin applies strict data security standards — including 256-bit SSL encryption and role-based access controls — to protect all Player personal and financial information held on its systems.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ssspin holds its international gaming license. By agreeing to these Terms, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitral tribunals of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform.

Before initiating formal dispute proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact ssspin's support team to seek an informal resolution. ssspin commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within two (2) WIB business days and providing a substantive response within ten (10) WIB business days.

Any unresolved disputes that cannot be settled informally shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

ssspin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to eligibility requirements, fee structures, or withdrawal conditions — ssspin will provide Players with at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice via the registered email address and a prominent notice on the platform.

Your continued use of ssspin following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 11.2.
